I got my daughter this sweatshirt for Christmas and it was disappointing. The screen print was off center and wrinkled. I contacted the customer service by email and they responded the same day letting me know they were looking into it. The next day they emailed me letting me know they would be replacing it. So pleased with their customer service. Would definitely be buying from them again!

The sweatshirt seems like great quality. It looks a little bit different than the picture online. My number on complaint is that it took a very long time to arrive. I ordered it October 11 and received it November 13
