Black Friday Terms & Conditions Giveaway

By entering the giveaway hosted by Gameday Couture x Shop the SOHO, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility

    1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

    2. Participants must reside within the United States.

    3. Employees of Gameday Couture x SOHO are not eligible to participate.

  2. How to Enter

    1. Entrants must sign up for Gameday Couture x Shop the SOHO email and SMS communications using a valid email address and phone number.

    2. By signing up, entrants agree to receive marketing emails and SMS messages from Gameday Couture x Shop the SOHO. Standard message and data rates may apply.

    3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  3. Prize

    1. Five (5) winners will receive a $100 digital gift card to Gameday Couture x SOHO Brands.

    2. Gift cards will be delivered to the email address used for registration.

  4. Giveaway Period

    1. The giveaway begins on November 25, 2024, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on November 28, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.

    2. Entries submitted outside of the giveaway period will not be considered.

  5. Winner Selection

    1. Winners will be randomly selected and announced by November 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.

    2. Winners will be notified via the email address used for registration.

  6. Conditions for Prize Acceptance

a. Winners must confirm receipt of their prize within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Terms

  1. By entering, participants agree to allow Gameday Couture x Shop the SOHO to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  2. Gameday Couture x Shop the SOHO reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Participants acknowledge that this giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.

8. Privacy

  1. Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Gameday Couture x Shop the SOHO’s Privacy Policy.

  2. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails and SMS messages from Gameday Couture x Shop the SOHO. Entrants can opt out of communications at any time after the giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability

a. Gameday Couture x Shop the SOHO is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or other factors beyond their control that may affect participation in the giveaway.
